Lecco Put năm vào lưới Pro Vercelli mà không trả lời

Five goals, zero reply. That was the final tally as Lecco travelled to Pro Vercelli and left with the day's most emphatic scoreline anywhere in the division.

Pro Vercelli had nothing to offer back. The home side failed to find the net at all, and by full time the gulf on the scoreboard told its own story: 5-0, the widest winning margin recorded in Girone A on the day.

A complete collapse

There is no dressing up a five-goal home defeat. Pro Vercelli conceded five without scoring once, the kind of result that will sting regardless of how the rest of their campaign has gone. For Lecco, it was about as clean an away performance as a side can put together: a shutout at the back and five at the other end.

Games like this tend to be remembered less for any single moment and more for the sheer accumulation of goals. Five different chances were taken, or enough of them were, to turn a routine away fixture into a rout.

Nó có nghĩa là gì

For Lecco, it is a result that will travel well, a 5-0 win on the sân khách carries weight regardless of context. For Pro Vercelli, the task now is simply to move on from a night where everything that could go wrong at the back did.
